To Make Chili
  1. Mix turkey with Sioux Z Wow Marinade in a bowl and let stand.
  2. Heat olive oil in a soup kettle.
  3. Add onions and cook over medium heat until tender.
  4. Add oregano, chili powder and cumin. Stir well.
  5. Add tomato sauce. Bring to a simmer and cook uncovered for 20 min.
  6. Add marinated turkey and Sassy Black Beans (see recipe below) and heat through.
  7. Serve piping hot with cornbread. Can be garnished with any or all of the following: sour cream, chopped onion, grated cheddar cheese.
To Make Sassy Black Beans:
  1. Put black beans, Sioux Z Wow and chicken broth in a large saucepan.
  2. Cook over medium heat for 1 1/2 hours until beans are tender.

To Make Tostada:
  1. On four separate dishes, place one of the tortillas. Spread ½ cup of Sassy Black Beans* on each tortilla.
  2. Top each tostada with lettuce, tomato and turkey. Divide guacamole to form the next layer on each creation.
  3. Drizzle 1T. Sioux Z Wow over the guacamole on each plate. Garnish each with sour cream and shredded cheese.
To Make Sassy Black Beans:
  1. Wash beans in a colander then soak in a bowl with 5+ cups of water overnight. (make certain beans are generously covered with water).
  2. Drain beans and put in a large pot. Add Sioux Z Wow and chicken broth.
  3. Cover and bring to a soft boil. Cook for 1 ½ hour or until beans are tender adding water if liquid get too scarce.
To Serve:
  1. Serve immediately…especially with a side dish of Sioux Z Wow for more flair!!

To Make:
  1. Mix turkey with 6-8 T. Sioux Z Wow and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a sauté pan and cook onion till soft. (about 5 min.) Add turkey and heat through.
  3. Roll out one pie crust for the bottom and form to a deep dish pie plate. Fork holes in the crust to release steam.
  4. In a bowl, whisk together 2-4 T. Sioux Z Wow with 4 T. Mushroom Soup. Spread onto bottom of the pie shell.
  5. In another bowl, mix the turkey/onion mixture, mixed vegetables and enough mushroom soup to fill the pie. Pour filling into pie and smooth to fill cavity.
  6. With the top crust folded in half, cut three 2” diagonal openings on the folded edge. Place folded crust over half the pie and unfold to cover the entire top.
  7. Pinch top and bottom crusts together to seal in juices. With a pastry brush, paint the top crust lightly with butter.
  8. Bake at 350F for 45 minutes or until golden brown.
To Serve:
  1. Remove from oven. Cut into wedges and serve with a green salad.

To Make:
  1. Melt butter in a saucepan. (Meanwhile, Boil salted water and cook pasta al dente. Drain and keep warm.)
  2. Add turkey and heat through.
  3. Add Sioux Z Wow, lime juice, tequila and cream. Stir and bring to a full simmer. Cook until sauce begins to thicken.
  4. Add peppers and cook until peppers are slightly limp and sauce is thick and creamy.
To Serve:
  1. Portion pasta into bowls or plates. Pour sauce over the warn fettuccine and toss.
  2. Garnish with green onions and serve hot!

  2. Add the turkey, celery, onion and pepper. Toss to coat.
  3. Salt & pepper to taste. Slice rolls and toast insides.
To Serve:
  1. Place greens on bottom, add Turkey Salad and cover with top.
  2. Serve with a dill pickle.
