Instructions
To Make Tostada:
On four separate dishes, place one of the tortillas. Spread ½ cup of Sassy Black Beans* on each tortilla.
Top each tostada with lettuce, tomato and turkey. Divide guacamole to form the next layer on each creation.
Drizzle 1T. Sioux Z Wow over the guacamole on each plate. Garnish each with sour cream and shredded cheese.
To Make Sassy Black Beans:
Wash beans in a colander then soak in a bowl with 5+ cups of water overnight. (make certain beans are generously covered with water).
Drain beans and put in a large pot. Add Sioux Z Wow and chicken broth.
Cover and bring to a soft boil. Cook for 1 ½ hour or until beans are tender adding water if liquid get too scarce.
To Serve:
Serve immediately…especially with a side dish of Sioux Z Wow for more flair!!
