Black Beans
soaked in water overnight and drained

Chicken Broth
(14 1/2 oz.)

Sioux Z Wow Gourmet Marinade
Instructions
To Make Chili
Mix turkey with Sioux Z Wow Marinade in a bowl and let stand.
Heat olive oil in a soup kettle.
Add onions and cook over medium heat until tender.
Add oregano, chili powder and cumin. Stir well.
Add tomato sauce. Bring to a simmer and cook uncovered for 20 min.
Add marinated turkey and Sassy Black Beans (see recipe below) and heat through.
Serve piping hot with cornbread. Can be garnished with any or all of the following: sour cream, chopped onion, grated cheddar cheese.
To Make Sassy Black Beans:
Put black beans, Sioux Z Wow and chicken broth in a large saucepan.
Cook over medium heat for 1 1/2 hours until beans are tender.
