To Make Tostada:
  1. On four separate dishes, place one of the tortillas. Spread ½ cup of Sassy Black Beans* on each tortilla.
  2. Top each tostada with lettuce, tomato and turkey. Divide guacamole to form the next layer on each creation.
  3. Drizzle 1T. Sioux Z Wow over the guacamole on each plate. Garnish each with sour cream and shredded cheese.
To Make Sassy Black Beans:
  1. Wash beans in a colander then soak in a bowl with 5+ cups of water overnight. (make certain beans are generously covered with water).
  2. Drain beans and put in a large pot. Add Sioux Z Wow and chicken broth.
  3. Cover and bring to a soft boil. Cook for 1 ½ hour or until beans are tender adding water if liquid get too scarce.
To Serve:
  1. Serve immediately…especially with a side dish of Sioux Z Wow for more flair!!

To Make & Cook:
  1. Preheat oven to 350 F.
  2. Pierce potatoes with fork and bake for about 60 minutes or until done. Set aside to cool.
  3. Fry bacon pieces until crisp, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Remove bacon to a paper towel lined plate to drain. Set aside.
  5. Cut each cooled potato in half. With a small dinner spoon scoop out flesh,leaving 1/8 to 1/4 inch thickness of flesh in each shell.
  6. Arrange shells on baking sheet, flesh sides up. Brush with 1/2 of the Sioux Z Wow.
  7. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes.
  8. Meanwhile, with a fork or clean hands, mix potato flesh with scallions, sour cream, buttermilk, cheese and bacon.
  9. Remove shells from oven. Stuff each with mixture.
  10. Bake another 10-15 minutes or until just beginning to brown on top.
  11. Brush tops with remaining Sioux Z Wow and bake 5 minutes more.
To Serve:
  1. Place on a pretty plate and devour hot!!!

To Cook Beans:
  1. Put all Soup ingredients in a large saucepan. Cook over medium heat for 1 ½ hr. or until beans are tender.
  2. Once beans are done, use a hand held wand blender or transfer to a regular blender to puree.
  3. Soup can be made well in advance and held in refrigerator.
To Serve:
  1. Heat soup to simmer. Serve hot in individual bowls.
  2. Garnish with a dollop of sour cream, a sprinkle of sliced green onion.
  3. Top with 1 T. of sherry or set a pretty shot glass with the sherry in it next to each bowl for your guests to add.
