Bacon strips

Aged Cheese
sharp cheddar or dry jack, shredded

Sour Cream

Buttermilk

Unsalted Butter

Sioux Z Wow Marinade

Green Onion

Instructions
To Make & Cook:
Preheat oven to 350 F.
Pierce potatoes with fork and bake for about 60 minutes or until done. Set aside to cool.
Fry bacon pieces until crisp, about 5-7 minutes.
Remove bacon to a paper towel lined plate to drain. Set aside.
Cut each cooled potato in half. With a small dinner spoon scoop out flesh,leaving 1/8 to 1/4 inch thickness of flesh in each shell.
Arrange shells on baking sheet, flesh sides up. Brush with 1/2 of the Sioux Z Wow.
Bake at 350 for 15 minutes.
Meanwhile, with a fork or clean hands, mix potato flesh with scallions, sour cream, buttermilk, cheese and bacon.
Remove shells from oven. Stuff each with mixture.
Bake another 10-15 minutes or until just beginning to brown on top.
Brush tops with remaining Sioux Z Wow and bake 5 minutes more.
To Serve:
Place on a pretty plate and devour hot!!!
