Method
To Marinate:
- Wash fish & pat dry.
- Drizzle with Sioux Z Wow.
- Place in a zip top bag & marinate 1 hour.
To Cook:
- Bake 10-12 min. or grill over hot coals 4-5 min. per side.
To Serve:
- Garnish with chopped tarragon.
- Serve with rice & steamed garden vegetables . De-e-e-lish!!!!!!!
