31 Jul Shrimp with Fettuccine Pasta & Tequila Inspired Sauce
        Ingredients    
                - 3 pkgs. Fresh Fettuccine 9 oz each
- 2 T. Butter
- 1½ lbs. Shrimp 5-8/person, cleaned
- 2 T. Gold Tequila
- 1 Lime juice
- 1 Sioux Z Wow Marinade
- 1½ C. Heavy Cream
- 1 Red Pepper thinly sliced
- 1 Green pepper thinly sliced
- 1 Yellow Pepper thinly sliced
- 4 Green Onions sliced

        Instructions    
                
        To Cook:     
                - Melt butter in a saucepan. Add tequila, lime juice, Sioux Z Wow Marinade and cream.
- Bring to a boil. Cook until sauce starts to thicken.
- Add bell peppers and cook until peppers are slightly limp and the sauce is thick and creamy.
- Add shrimp and sauté until cooked through, about 5 min.
- Cook pasta al dente according to instructions. Drain and keep warm.
        To Serve:    
                - Pour sauce over well-drained fettuccine and toss.
- Garnish with green onions. Serve hot with crusty bread.
