13 Jul Exotic Fruit Chutney
Ingredients
- ¼ cup Sioux Z Wow Marinade
- ¼ cup Onion finely chopped
- ¼ cup White Wine Vinegar
- ¼ cup Apple Jelly (Mint Jelly for lamb)
- ¼ cup Apricots chopped
- ¼ cup Prunes & Golden Raisens chopped Or
- ¼ cup Craisins chopped
- 3 tbsp Crystallized Ginger chopped
- ¼ cup Orange Liqueur to soak fruit (optional)

Instructions
To Make:
- Soak fruit and ginger in liqueur.
- In a small saucepan, combine the onion and vinegar. Bring to a boil. Then reduce heat, cover and simmer for 3 min.
- Add jelly. Let melt. Add Sioux Z Wow, dried fruits and ginger. Stir to mix well.
- Pour into bowl, cover and chill. Note: This Chutney kept refrigerated will keep 6 months.
Serving Suggestions:
- Made with apple jelly, it is delectable with Pork Loin or chops, Ham, Duck, Chicken and Turkey.
- Made with mint jelly it takes lamb to the divine. Serve it next to baked yams for a treat.
