Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb. Button Mushrooms
  • 1 in. Fresh Ginger peeled & chopped
  • 4-5 T. Sioux Z Wow Marinade
  • 6 oz. White wine or Cognac
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese

Method
 

To Cook:
  1. Wash mushrooms and quarter. (You can use the already sliced mushrooms).
  2. Combine all ingredients except Parmesan. Saute on med. heat until ‘shrooms release their juices.
  3. Cook uncovered on low 30-40 min. or until juices are almost completely re-absorbed.
  4. While hot, place in a food processor with the Parmesan. Process until pate' is smooth.
To Serve:
  1. Serve hot or chilled with crackers, toasts or zucchini squash cut in rounds.
