04 Aug Turkey, Lamb or Beef Meat Balls in a Spicy Sauce
Ingredients
- 3 lbs. Turkey, Lamb or Beef Ground
- 2 cups Sioux Z Wow Marinade
- 1 cups Seasoned Bread crumbs
- 1 cups Parmesan cheese grated
- 1 cups White wine or chicken broth

Instructions
To Make Meatballs:
- Mix ground meat with 1 C. Sioux Z Wow. Add breadcrumbs and blend.
- Add Parmesan and blend. Form 1” balls with melon baller or spoon.
- Bake on a cookie sheet at 350F for 30 min.
To Serve:
- In a saucepan or chafing dish, stir together 1 C. Sioux Z Wow and wine or broth.
- Add meatballs.
- Heat thoroughly. Garnish (chopped fresh parsley, mint or oregano) and serve with toothpicks. (Even easier use frozen meatballs).
