Sioux Z Wow Marinade

Seasoned Bread crumbs

Parmesan cheese
grated

White wine or chicken broth
Instructions
To Make Meatballs:
Mix ground meat with 1 C. Sioux Z Wow. Add breadcrumbs and blend.
Add Parmesan and blend. Form 1” balls with melon baller or spoon.
Bake on a cookie sheet at 350F for 30 min.
To Serve:
In a saucepan or chafing dish, stir together 1 C. Sioux Z Wow and wine or broth.
Add meatballs.
Heat thoroughly. Garnish (chopped fresh parsley, mint or oregano) and serve with toothpicks. (Even easier use frozen meatballs).
