Ingredients: 24 Mushrooms; 15 tbsp Sioux Z Wow Marinade; ½ Red Onion (finely diced ); ½ Red Pepper (diced); 1½ Ginger, (diced); 2 tbsp olive oil; ½ cup Fresh Parsley (chopped); 6 oz. Crabmeat; 1 cup Parmesan cheese; ½ cup Breadcrumbs; 1 tbsp Fresh Rosemary (chopped ); 1 tbsp White Wine; Salt & Pepper (to taste)

Ingredients

24 Mushrooms
15 tbsp Sioux Z Wow Marinade
½ Red Onion finely diced
½ Red Pepper diced
1½ Ginger, diced
2 tbsp Olive oil
½ cup Fresh Parsley chopped
6 oz. Crabmeat
1 cup Parmesan cheese
½ cup Breadcrumbs
1 tbsp Fresh Rosemary chopped
1 tbsp White Wine
Salt & Pepper to taste

Instructions

Snap stems out of the mushroom caps. Marinate caps in 12 T. SZW.
Chop stems.
Heat olive oil and saute onion, pepper, and ginger. Add chopped stems and cook 4 min. Add parsley and rosemary.
Cook 2 min. Turn off heat. Mix in 3 T. SZW, breadcrumbs, cheese and crab. Stuff caps.
Bake at 350 for 20 min. & serve.
