Mushrooms

Red Onion
finely diced

Red Pepper
diced

Olive oil

Fresh Parsley

Crabmeat

Parmesan cheese

Breadcrumbs

Fresh Rosemary
chopped

White Wine
Salt & Pepper
to taste
Instructions
Snap stems out of the mushroom caps. Marinate caps in 12 T. SZW.
Chop stems.
Heat olive oil and saute onion, pepper, and ginger. Add chopped stems and cook 4 min. Add parsley and rosemary.
Cook 2 min. Turn off heat. Mix in 3 T. SZW, breadcrumbs, cheese and crab. Stuff caps.
Bake at 350 for 20 min. & serve.
