Instructions
To Marinate:
  1. Put chicken in a zip top bag with Sioux Z Wow for 1 hour or more.
  2. Add the peppers, onions and olive oil.
To Cook:
  1. Heat a skillet to fiery hot and pour in the marinated chicken and vegetables.
  2. Squeeze the lime halves over the fajita mix. Cook for 5-7 min., stirring occasionally.
  3. Heat the tortillas in a moist towel in the micro for 30 seconds.
To Serve
  1. Plate the tortillas.
  2. Sprinkle some of the cilantro over the fajitas and serve sizzling hot in the skillet for individual assembly.
  3. Serve with more cilantro, fresh salsa, guacamole and sour cream for garnish.

Instructions
To Marinate:
  1. Place fillets in a zip top bag. Add Sioux Z Wow Marinade and red wine.
  2. Seal and place in refrigerator for as long as possible, (from 1 hour to overnight).
  3. Turn when convenient.
To Grill:
  1. Remove fillets from the marinade and place them on the hot grill.
  2. Grill for 4-5 min.
  3. Turn over and spoon on more of the marinade.
To Broil:
  1. Place fillets on broiler. Broil for 4-5 min.
  2. Brush on more marinade and turn over.
  3. Broil to desired doneness.

To Marinate:
  1. Cut each shrimp with scissors down the back & devein.
  2. Spread shell but keep attached.
  3. Place in zip top bag. Marinate in 8 T. SZW for 2 hrs.
To Prep:
  1. In a sauté pan, heat oil & 2 T. of SZW. Sauté onion and red pepper 2-3 min.
  2. Add artichoke hearts & water chestnuts. Mix well & heat through.
  3. Add breadcrumbs & Parmesan cheese. Remove from heat.
  4. If dry, add 1T. artichoke marinade. Add parsley & bacon. Mix well.
To Assemble:
  1. Spread shrimp shell & place a spoon of stuffing into either side. Gently press shell together.
To Cook:
  1. Place on a baking sheet and cook under broiler for 5 min. (shells will turn pink).
To Serve:
  1. Serve as appetizers or as an entree on a bed of yellow rice with garlic green beans & a good Bordeaux.

  1. Place sirloins and all ingredients, except wine in a zip top bag. Marinate 2-4 days in fridge.
  2. Spray a large frying pan with oil. On med. to high heat, sear sirloins 3 min. per side.
  3. Add, wine and remaining marinade in the bag, to the pan. Cook over med. heat 6-7 min./ side.
  4. Serve Steaks with reduced pan juices as a side dipping sauce.

To Marinate:
  1. Place eggplant slices in a zip top bag with 1 C. Sioux Z Wow Marinade. Marinate 1-3 hours.
To Prep.:
  1. Mix a ½ C. of Sioux Z Wow and the fennel seeds into the ground meat and then brown in a skillet. (If using tofu, mash with a fork and add 1 T. olive oil or butter). Drain on paper towels.
  2. Place the browned meat or tofu in a large mixing bowl and add the cottage cheese and spinach and mix thoroughly.
To Cook:
  1. Spoon ½ C. of spaghetti sauce into a greased baking dish (9x13). Layer eggplant, meat mixture and mozzarella and top with 1 C. spaghetti sauce. Repeat layers.
  2. Sprinkle top with parmesan cheese. (Note: can be assembled ahead and kept in the refrigerator).
  3. Bake at 400 F for 45 min to 1 hr. Let rest 10 min. before serving.

To Marinate:
  1. Wash catfish fillets and pat dry.
  2. Place in a zip top bag with 10 T. Sioux Z Wow. Secure bag closed & coat all sides. Marinate 2-3 hr.
To Cook:
  1. Grill or broil catfish, adding more Sioux Z Wow after turning.
  2. Cook about 5 min. per side. Place on paper towels to drain. Then place in foil to keep warm.
To Assemble Tacos:
  1. Line up small containers of each ingredient and:
  2. Spread 1/2 T. mayo on each tortilla. Line each tortilla with a few basil & cilantro leaves. Add Sioux Z Wow catfish down the center of each tortilla.
  3. Sprinkle & place on each; green onions, ginger, tomatoes, cabbage & red pepper.
  4. Squeeze lime juice over each assembly & scatter Feta cheese over each. Drizzle a bit more Sioux Z Wow across the top.
To Serve:
  1. Roll each into a cone & serve with refried beans and rice. For a special treat, serve with Sioux Z Wow Black Beans or Sioux Z Wow Sassy Black Bean Salsa.Ole`!

To Marinate:
  1. Place pork shops in a zip top bag. Mix Sioux Z Wow and ground cinnamon and pour over pork chops.
  2. Marinate at least 3 hours. (Over night is OK).
To Cook:
  1. Remove the chops and set aside. Pour the marinade from the bag into a sauté pan and add the apples, cinnamon sticks and apple juice.
  2. Heat to a simmer, while stirring, for 2-3 min. Stir in the cognac and then place the pork chops in the pan.
  3. Cook the pork chops in the sauce for 5-7 min. per side, covering to retain heat and moisture. Baste several times on each side.
To Serve:
  1. Plate each pork chop and garnish with sauce, apples, cinnamon sticks and cinnamon candies.
  2. Serve with creamy mashed potatoes in roasted red pepper bowls (Ahead of time, cut red peppers in half length wise, remove the seeds and roast in oven) and sautéed garlic snow peas.
  3. Add candlelight, a glass of Pinot Noir, soft music and one red rose. Mmmmmmmmmmm!

  1. Place crab in a large pot. Pour Sioux Z Wow over crab.
  2. Turn pieces over several times to distribute marinade. Cover pot and place in oven at 300F for 40 min.
To Serve:
  1. Put the pot on the table with lots of napkins and a bowl for the crab “bones”.
