Sioux Z Wow Marinade

Olive oil

Green Onions

Marinated Artichoke Hearts

Seasoned Bread crumbs

Parmesan cheese

Instructions
To Marinate:
Cut each shrimp with scissors down the back & devein.
Spread shell but keep attached.
Place in zip top bag. Marinate in 8 T. SZW for 2 hrs.
To Prep:
In a sauté pan, heat oil & 2 T. of SZW. Sauté onion and red pepper 2-3 min.
Add artichoke hearts & water chestnuts. Mix well & heat through.
Add breadcrumbs & Parmesan cheese. Remove from heat.
If dry, add 1T. artichoke marinade. Add parsley & bacon. Mix well.
To Assemble:
Spread shrimp shell & place a spoon of stuffing into either side. Gently press shell together.
To Cook:
Place on a baking sheet and cook under broiler for 5 min. (shells will turn pink).
To Serve:
Serve as appetizers or as an entree on a bed of yellow rice with garlic green beans & a good Bordeaux.
