- 4 T. Apricot Preserves
- 2 in. Fresh Ginger minced

- Whisk together until well blended.
Serving Suggestions:
- This is an exquisite glaze for duck, chicken and ham.
- Spread a bit on egg rolls or wontons.
- Use as a dipping sauce for pork or turkey.
