31 Jul Roasted Pork Loin
Ingredients
- 4 lbs. Pork Loin Roast
- 1 C. Sioux Z Wow Marinade
- ½ C. Bourbon optional

Instructions
To Marinate:
- Clean pork roast. Place in large zip lock bag. Pour Sioux Z Wow and bourbon over roast. Close bag, removing as much air as possible.
- Then rub marinade over entire roast. Let marinate in refrigerator overnight. Note: 3-4 days is optimal.
To Cook:
- Preheat oven to 325F.
- Remove roast from bag and place in a baking dish. Cover with a foil tent leaving 2” air space.
- Bake 20 min. per lb. basting periodically with Sioux Z Wow.
To Brown:
- Remove tent for last 20 min.
- Use a meat thermometer (160-165F) to insure doneness.
- Let stand 10 min. before carving.
To Serve:
- For Dinner Party, place on a platter and garnish for carving at the table.
- For Cocktail Party, dice and toothpick. Serve both with Sioux Z Wow Chutney.
