Spicy Mint Chutney for Lamb or Spicy Apple Chutney for Pork

Ingredients
  

  • ¼ cup Sioux Z Wow Marinade
  • ¼ cup Onion finely chopped
  • ¼ cup White Wine
  • ¼ cup Mint Jelly
  • ¾ cup Golden Raisins
  • 3 T. Crystallized Ginger chopped

Method
 

  1. In a small saucepan, combine the onion and vinegar. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, cover and simmer for 3 min.
  2. Add mint jelly and melt.
  3. Add Sioux Z Wow, raisins and ginger and stir to mix well.
  4. Pour into bowl, cover and chill for serving.
  5. Garnish with fresh mint sprig.
