Sea Bass baked with White Wine & Tarragon

Ingredients
  

  • 2 lb. Sea Bass
  • 10-12 T. Sioux Z Wow Marinade
  • 1/4 Cup White Wine
  • 1 Lemon cut in wedges
  • 4 Sprigs Fresh Tarragon
  • 1 Reynolds Oven Bag

Method
 

To Make:
  1. Preheat oven to 350F
  2. Rinse fish and pat dry. Place in oven bag. Pour in wine and Sioux Z Wow.
  3. Place in a baking dish and bake for 30 min.
To Serve:
  1. Cut bag open and plate fish with juices over cooked rice.
  2. Garnish with fresh tarragon and lemon wedges.
