Method
To Make:
- Mix Sioux Z Wow, peanut butter and rice wine vinegar in a bowl.
To Cook:
- Heat oil in skillet. Add shrimp and sauté until shrimp turn pink.
- Add Sioux Z Wow peanut mixture to shrimp. Sauté to heat through.
To Serve:
- Serve over rice or pasta. Garnish with green onion over top.
