04 Aug Cinnamon Sauce for Pork & Chicken
Ingredients
- 4 T. Sioux Z Wow Marinade
- 2 T. Cognac or Brandy
- 4 T. Apple Juice
- 1 t. Cinnamon
- 2 Cinnamon Sticks

Instructions
To Make:
- Whisk cinnamon into Sioux Z Wow Marinade.
- Then blend in the brandy and apple juice.
- Add the cinnamon sticks and place in a Saute pan.
- Heat on medimum heat for 3 to 5 min.
Serving Suggestions:
- Serve as a sauce for pork chops garnished with apple slices.
- Use as a baste for chicken.
- Toss with wilted spinach or stir into baked yams for a sensual treat.
