13 Jul Carrot Ribbon Salad with Herbs de Provence Dressing
Ingredients
- 4 med. Carrots cut into ribbons
- 1 cup Red Cabbage shredded
- ¼ cup Cilantro leaves
- 2 Green Onions sliced thinly
Dressing:
- 12 tbsp Sioux Z Wow Marinade
- 1 tbsp Herbs de Provence
- 2 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
- 2 tbsp Olive oil *salad dressing option

Instructions
To Make Salad:
- Put all ingredients in a large bowl.
- Add Wow Oui dressing and toss.
- Chill and serve.
To Make Dressing:
- Whisk ingredients together until well blended.
