Instructions
To Make:
  1. Combine pasta, carrots, bell pepper, onions, cilantro and snow peas in a large bowl.
  2. For dressing, combine Sioux Z Wow, herbs and vinegar.
  3. Add to pasta mixture and toss. Chill for one hour. (For extra WOW, add cooked shrimp).
To Serve:
  1. Place baby greens in a large bowl and nestle pasta into greens.

Instructions
To Prep:
  1. Cook the potatoes in a vegetable steamer. Remove and let cool.
  2. With a melon ball scoop, hollow out the center of each potato half and place potato shell, open side up, on a cookie sheet.
To Make Filling:
  1. Heat the oil from the Artichoke hearts in a sauce pan. Sauté the onions, red pepper, Herbs de Provence and Sioux Z Wow in the oil.
  2. Add the artichoke hearts and sausage and heat thoroughly.
To Cook:
  1. Pre-heat the oven to 350 F.
  2. Fill each of the potatoes to mounding with the filling.
  3. Top with a generous sprinkle of parmesan cheese. Bake for 10 min.
To Serve:
  1. Place them on a pretty serving platter, sprinkle with garnish and serve hot with your favorite bubbly!

To Marinate:
  1. Place sliced salmon in a zip top bag with Sioux Z Wow and set aside. Allow to come to room temp.
To Make Broth:
  1. Put 6 T. of chicken broth in a Dutch Oven. Add minced garlic and sauté 3 min.
  2. When garlic begins to brown, add remaining broth, lemongrass, ginger, the juice of the lemon & lime and the shitake mushrooms. Cover and bring to a simmer.
To Construct Salmon Flowers:
  1. a. Use lg. soup bowls or soup plates.
  2. b. Line the edges with overlapping spinach leaves.
  3. c. Arrange artistically the baby corn, water chestnuts, & sliced red pepper.
  4. d. Top each creation with the Sioux Z Wow salmon slices placed to resemble a flower.
To Serve:
  1. Just before serving add more marinade to the boiling broth. Gently ladle broth directly over salmon in each bowl. Broth should cover soup ingredients.
  2. Garnish with chives or green onions & a twist of lemon. Serve with chopsticks (or fork) & soup spoons.
  3. Make sure to take a deep breath over your bowl, letting the aromatic steam portend the tender tastes to come.

For Frisky Fruit Salsa:

To Make:
  1. Marinate shrimp in a zip top bag with Sioux Z Wow.
  2. In a bowl, toss fresh fruit, peppers, onions and cilantro with SZW and lime juice.
To Cook:
  1. Coat entire saute pan with olive oil and heat to very hot. Pour in shrimp and Sioux Z Wow Marinade.
  2. Stir constantly and cook over med. high heat until all shrimp turn pink, (about 5 min.). Remove shrimp from pan and drain. Spread on a cookie sheet and refrigerate to cool.
To Serve:
  1. Spoon Fruit Salsa into a stemmed cocktail glass. Attach 6-8 shrimp onto the rim of each glass. Garnish with orange slice or lime twist.
