13 Jul Butter flied Shrimp Sauteed with Cinnamon & Sioux Z Wow
Ingredients
- 2 lbs. Med - Lg Shrimp *
- 1 cup Sioux Z Wow Marinade
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 2 - 3 tsp Ground Cinnamon
- 8 - 10 Cinnamon Sticks

Instructions
To Make:
- Combine shrimp, Sioux Z Wow Marinade and olive oil in a bag or bowl.
- Pour into hot pan and stir or toss. Add the ground cinnamon and cinnamon sticks. Continue to cook, stirring until all the shrimp have turned pink.
To Serve:
- This incredible appetizer can be served chilled or hot.
- Served hot, the cinnamon will take a back seat to Sioux Z Wow’s Thai Chiles.
- Chilled, the cinnamon’s pleasantly exciting flavor is backed up by the spicy chiles.
- Either way, pour the shrimp and cinnamon sticks onto a serving platter, garnish and serve with tooth picks.
