04 Aug Pasta Salad with Bow Tie Pasta, French Herbs & Rice Wine Vinegar
Ingredients
Dressing:
- 12 T. Sioux Z Wow Marinade
- 1 T. Herbs de Provence
- 2 T. Balsamic Vinegar
Pasta Salad:
- 1 lb. Bow Tie Pasta cooked al dente
- 3 Carrots shredded
- 1 Red Bell Pepper diced
- 2 Green Onions sliced
- 1 bunch Cilantro cleaned, stemmed
- 12 Snow Peas sliced lengthwise
- 1 package Baby Greens

Instructions
To Make:
- Combine pasta, carrots, bell pepper, onions, cilantro and snow peas in a large bowl.
- For dressing, combine Sioux Z Wow, herbs and vinegar.
- Add to pasta mixture and toss. Chill for one hour. (For extra WOW, add cooked shrimp).
To Serve:
- Place baby greens in a large bowl and nestle pasta into greens.
