04 Aug Grilled Fresh Asparagus with a Rosemary & Shallot Basting Butter
Ingredients
- 1 lb. Asparagus washed and trimmed
- 1 T. Sioux Z Wow
- 1 T. Fresh Rosemary chopped
- 1 T. Butter
- 1 Shallot thinly sliced
- ¼ lb. Butter room temp

Instructions
To Make Basting Butter:
- Melt 1 T. of butter and saute shallot and rosemary until the shallot is soft.
- Add Sioux Z Wow and blend.
- Take from heat and bring to room temp.
- Whisk Sioux Z Wow mixture into soft butter.
To Grill:
- Spray asparagus with cooking oil and place over hot coals.
- Grill for about 7-8 min. turning several times.
To Serve:
- Place on a serving platter and top with Sioux Z Wow In The Raw Basting Butter.
