washed and trimmed

Sioux Z Wow

Fresh Rosemary
chopped

Butter

Shallot
thinly sliced

Butter
room temp
Instructions
To Make Basting Butter:
Melt 1 T. of butter and saute shallot and rosemary until the shallot is soft.
Add Sioux Z Wow and blend.
Take from heat and bring to room temp.
Whisk Sioux Z Wow mixture into soft butter.
To Grill:
Spray asparagus with cooking oil and place over hot coals.
Grill for about 7-8 min. turning several times.
To Serve:
Place on a serving platter and top with Sioux Z Wow In The Raw Basting Butter.
