03 Aug Grilled Chicken with optional Bourbon Marinade
Ingredients
- 4 Chicken Breasts boneless
- 4 Chicken Legs & Thighs
- 10 T. Sioux Z Wow Marinade
- 2 T. Bourbon optional

Instructions
To Marinate:
- Wash chicken and pat dry. Place in zip top bag with Sioux Z Wow and bourbon.
- Marinate 1-3 hours.
To Cook:
- Grill over med. to hot coals for 20-25 min. turning once.
To Serve:
- Serve with steamed rice and grilled veggies or good old potato salad.
