09 Jul Beef Kabobs made with Beer
Ingredients
- 1½ lbs. Beef 1” cubed (Top Sirloin)
- 1 med. Red Pepper cut into lg. squares
- 1 med. Yellow Pepper cut into lg. squares
- 1 med. Purple Onion cut into wedges
- 3/4 cup Sioux Z Wow Marinade
- 1/4 cup Beer (not lite beer)
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 4 lg Skewers

Instructions
To Marinate:
- Mix Sioux Z Wow, olive oil and beer in a zip top bag.
- Add cubed beef, peppers and onion and marinate 3-4 hours at room temp.
To Grill:
- Thread beef, peppers and onions alternately onto each skewer.
- Grill over hot coals for 4-5 min./side. (To bring up the 'fire', baste with more SZW!)
To Serve:
- Serve with a crisp green salad
