Lamb Sirloin Steaks with Peppered Sioux Z Wow

Ingredients Method

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Lamb sirloin steaks 8 oz. each
  • 8 tbsp Sioux Z Wow Marinade
  • 4 tbsp Brandy
  • ½ tsp Ground Black Pepper
  • ¾ cup White Wine

Method
 

  1. Place sirloins and all ingredients, except wine in a zip top bag. Marinate 2-4 days in fridge.
  2. Spray a large frying pan with oil. On med. to high heat, sear sirloins 3 min. per side.
  3. Add, wine and remaining marinade in the bag, to the pan. Cook over med. heat 6-7 min./ side.
  4. Serve Steaks with reduced pan juices as a side dipping sauce.
