Method
- Place sirloins and all ingredients, except wine in a zip top bag. Marinate 2-4 days in fridge.
- Spray a large frying pan with oil. On med. to high heat, sear sirloins 3 min. per side.
- Add, wine and remaining marinade in the bag, to the pan. Cook over med. heat 6-7 min./ side.
- Serve Steaks with reduced pan juices as a side dipping sauce.
