Method
To Make:
- Break eggs into a bowl. Beat with a fork. Place breadcrumbs in a separate flat bottom bowl.
- Heat skillet while dipping each pork chop into egg and then rolling it in bread crumbs.
- Brown both sides of pork chops in skillet. Pour chicken broth down side of pan.
- Add Sioux Z Wow and gently stir to blend. Simmer pork chops one hour.
To Serve:
- Serve with parsley potatoes on a bed of watercress sautéed in olive oil and fresh garlic.
