Method
- Snap stems out of the mushroom caps. Marinate caps in 12 T. SZW.
- Chop stems.
- Heat olive oil and saute onion, pepper, and ginger. Add chopped stems and cook 4 min. Add parsley and rosemary.
- Cook 2 min. Turn off heat. Mix in 3 T. SZW, breadcrumbs, cheese and crab. Stuff caps.
- Bake at 350 for 20 min. & serve.
