Ingredients
  

  • 1 can Cannellini Beans (15oz)
  • ¼ cup Red Onion diced
  • 1 Red Pepper diced
  • 1 Orange pepper diced
  • 1 Yellow Pepper diced
  • 1 bulb Fennel thinly sliced
  • 4 Green Onions sliced, green only
  • ¾ cup Mediterr-Asian dressing
Dressing:
  • ½ cup Sioux Z Wow Marinade
  • 1.4 cup Rice Wine Vinegar
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 8 sprigs Italian Parsley *
  • 4 leaves Kaffir Lime washed and chiffonade

Method
 

To Make:
  1. Mix all ingredients.
To Serve:
  1. Toss with Mediterr-Asian dressing.
  2. Serve chilled.
To Make Dressing:
  1. Mix all ingredients well.
