Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup Sioux Z Wow Marinade
  • ¼ cup Rice Wine Vinegar
  • ¼ cup Olive Oil
  • 8 sprigs Italian Parsley cleaned, stemmed and chopped
  • 4 Kaffir Lime Leaves washed and chiffonade (Try substituting Kaffir Lime Leaves with the zest of a Lime)

Method
 

To Make:
  1. Mix all ingredients well.
Serving Suggestions:
  1. A bold yet well balanced dressing that complements the Confetti Peppers and Tuscan Bean Salad.
  2. Also an excellent dressing sprinkled lightly over European Greens or more generously over shredded cabbage for an exciting cold slaw.
  3. Drizzle over a wedge of steamed cabbage garnished with chopped green onion for a hot salad.
