Method
To Make:
- Cut off top ¼ of onion and peel off some of paper. Cut off bottom roots to make onion sit evenly.
- Cutting from top, slice halfway into the onion as if cutting a pie into 6 or 8 pieces.
To Bake:
- Wrap each onion with foil leaving top open.
- Put 3 T. Sioux Z Wow over each.
- Top with 1 T butter. Cover with foil.
- Bake at 425F, 1 hour or until tender.
To Serve:
- Serve the foiled onions like a present for each guest to open.
