Ingredients
  

  • 20 med. Mushrooms
  • 4-6 T. Sioux Z Wow Marinade
  • 4 Bamboo skewers

Method
 

  1. Wash or brush mushrooms. Place in a zip top bag with Sioux Z Wow. Let marinate 10-30 min.
  2. Skewer mushrooms. Place over med. hot coals, turning frequently for 5-8 min.
