Instructions
To Make:
In a skillet, over medium heat, bring 2oz each of chicken broth and wine to a simmer.
Sauté onion. Add garlic, green pepper, ginger, carrot and celery and cook for 5 minutes adding more liquid as needed.
Add broccoli and cook 2 min. Add tomatoes, water chestnuts and mushrooms and cook 5 min.
Add Sioux Z Wow Marinade. Mix well. Heat through. Cook Pasta al dente.
To Serve:
Place pasta in a bowl and pour sauce over the pasta.
Sprinkle chopped cilantro or parsley and the sliced red pepper over the top and serve with parmesan cheese.
