Button Mushrooms

Fresh Ginger
peeled & chopped

Sioux Z Wow Marinade

White wine or Cognac

Parmesan cheese
Instructions
To Cook:
Wash mushrooms and quarter. (You can use the already sliced mushrooms).
Combine all ingredients except Parmesan. Saute on med. heat until ‘shrooms release their juices.
Cook uncovered on low 30-40 min. or until juices are almost completely re-absorbed.
While hot, place in a food processor with the Parmesan. Process until pate’ is smooth.
To Serve:
Serve hot or chilled with crackers, toasts or zucchini squash cut in rounds.
