¼cup Red Oniondiced
1 Red Pepperdiced
1 Orange pepperdiced
1 Yellow Pepperdiced
1bulb Fennelthinly sliced
4 Green Onionssliced, green only
¾cup Mediterr-Asian dressing

Dressing:

½cup Sioux Z Wow Marinade
1.4cup Rice Wine Vinegar
¼cup Olive oil
8sprigs Italian Parsley*
4leaves Kaffir Limewashed and chiffonade

Instructions

To Make:

Mix all ingredients.

To Serve:

Toss with Mediterr-Asian dressing.
Serve chilled.

Mix all ingredients well.
