Butter
(1/2 stick)

Golden Brown Sugar

Blanched Whole Almonds
Instructions
Preheat
Oven to 350F
To Make:
Mix the Salt and Pepper. Melt the butter in a skillet over med. heat.
Add Sioux Z Wow, Sugar & Water and stir until sugar dissolves.
Add Almonds. Cook over med. heat, stirring occasionally, until the mixture thickens (about 5 min.) and sauce is sticking to nuts.
Sprinkle in half Salt & Pepper mix and stir.
To Roast:
Line a baking sheet with foil and coat lightly with butter
Now transfer the nut mixture to the baking sheet.
Work quickly, using a rubber spatula, to separate the nuts on the sheet. Sprinkle with the remaining Salt & Pepper mixture.
Bake until golden brown, (approx. 10 min.).
Remove from oven and place baking sheet on a cooling rack to cool.
When cool, you can use your hands to break up the spicy nut sheet into bite size pieces.
To Serve
Serve with a bottle of nice Champagne. These also make an enticing hostess gift.
