24 Nov Sweet Balls O’ Fire
Ingredients
- 3 lbs. Ground Meat (Turkey, Lamb or Beef)
- 2 C. Sioux Z Wow Gourmet Marinade
- 1 C. Seasoned Breadcrumbs
- 1 C. Parmesan cheese grated
- 1 C. White wine or chicken broth

To Make:
- Mix ground meat with 1 cup of Sioux Z Wow. Add bread crumbs and blend well. Add Parmesan and blend again.
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- Form 1” balls with a meat baller or by hand and place on a cookie sheet lined with foil.
- Cook meatballs for 15 minutes. Drain on paper towels. At this point the balls can be frozen for future use.
To Serve:
- In a sauce pan or chaffing dish, stir together and bring to a simmer, 1 cup of Sioux Z Wow and 1 cup of wine or broth. Add meatballs. (thawed if frozen).
- Heat thoroughly then pour into a serving bowl and serve with toothpicks plus plenty of napkins!!
