To Make:
  1. Wash beans and place in water overnight. Drain and rinse.
To Cook:
  1. Put beans in a large pot with broth and cook over med. heat for 40 min.
  2. Stir occasionally.
  3. Add ham hocks and Sioux Z Wow and simmer together on low heat for 1 hr.
To Serve:
  1. Serve in big bowls with onion sprinkled on top and some crusty bread for dipping.
To Make Vegetarian:
  1. eliminate the ham hocks and use vegetable broth.

To Marinate:
  1. Marinate raw chicken in 1/2 C. Sioux Z Wow Marinade for 1 hour. Saute the onion in olive oil and then add the chicken.
  2. In a mixing bowl, mix mushroom soup with remaining 1/4 C. Sioux Z Wow Marinade and frozen vegetables. Stir in the cooked chicken and onions.
To Prepare:
  1. Roll out the piecrust sheets fairly thin so that you can get two pie rounds from each sheet.
  2. Use a 5-inch individual pie tin as a template to cut one round for the top and one round a 2 inch larger for the bottom. Form the larger crusts inside the bottom of the pie tins.
To Bake:
  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Fill the crust in each pie-tin with the chicken mixture. Place the top crust over the top and pinch the edges together.
  3. Brush the top crust with butter. Bake at 350F for 30 min. or until top is golden brown.
To Serve:
  1. Remove from oven and let rest for 5 minutes before cutting to serve.

To Make:
  1. In a bowl, shred or chop chicken (or tofu) and toss with Sioux Z Wow.
  2. Portion all ingredients for 6 Quesadillas.
To Cook:
  1. Coat a 10”-12” frying pan with cooking oil or pan spray and place over med./high heat.
  2. Place 1 tortilla in the pan. Top with 1 portion of cheese, chicken or tofu, green onion and cilantro.
  3. Place another tortilla over the stack and press down with a spatula. Cook 3-4 min. per side until cheese is melted, adding more oil to pan if needed.
  4. Remove to cutting board and slice in wedges. Plate and keep warm. Repeat the process until done.
To Serve:
  1. Garnish with Cilantro and Lime wedges and serve with Sioux Z Wow Sassy Black Bean Salsa.

To Marinate:
  1. Rinse fish and pat dry. Put fish in a zip top bag.
  2. Drizzle with Sioux Z Wow. Marinate for 30 minutes.
To Grill:
  1. Preheat grill. Brush grill or wire basket with vegetable oil.
  2. Place fish 4-6 inches above hot coals. Grill 5-7 min. per side, depending on the thickness of the fillet.
To Serve:
  1. Garnish each serving with fresh parsley, dill or cilantro. Note: For even more exotic faire, try this recipe with Mahi Mahi, Strugeon, Opah or Escolar.

To Marinate:
  1. Wash bird, (remove giblets) and pat dry. Place bird in a zip top bag.
  2. Add oil and Sioux Z Wow. Seal bag and rub marinade into all surfaces.
  3. Place in fridge overnight. Turn several times so that all sides sit in the marinade.
To Cook:
  1. Preheat oven to 350F. Place bird in a foil lined baking dish along with the marinade. Add chicken broth.
  2. Bake for 1¾ - 2 hours. Baste every 20 min. Pierce breast to check doneness or check temperature (180 F) with a meat thermometer. Cover with foil and let rest for 10 min. before carving.
To Make Rotisserie Chicken:
  1. Place marinated chicken on a rotisserie spit and roast for 1¾ - 2 hours to 180 F. (Check temp. in thigh with meat thermometer).
  2. Remove from heat, cover with foil and let rest for 10-15min. before cutting up with poultry shears.

To Marinate:
  1. Place tri-tip in a zip lock bag and add Sioux Z Wow. ♥Sioux Z’s secret: for any large piece of meat, marinate for 3-4 days!
Tip 1, Gas Grilling:
  1. Preheat 2 burner gas grill. Turn one side off and put tri-tip on that side, fat side up. Cook 45 min. with lid down.
Tip 2, Charcoal Grilling:
  1. On charcoal grill, place briquets on sides of the kettle and put a drip pan in the middle to catch fat and keep briquets in place.
  2. When briquets are hot place tri-tip in center of grill, fat side up. Cook 45 min. with lid on and all vents open.
Tip 3, Oven Baking:
  1. Preheat oven to 500F. Put tri-tip in for 15 min. and then turn down to 350F for another 25-30 min.
To Serve:
  1. Slice diagonally, into 1/2" slices, across the grain of the meat. Serve with a baked potato, Mushroom Poppers and a green salad.

  1. Snap stems out of the mushroom caps. Marinate caps in 12 T. SZW.
  2. Chop stems.
  3. Heat olive oil and saute onion, pepper, and ginger. Add chopped stems and cook 4 min. Add parsley and rosemary.
  4. Cook 2 min. Turn off heat. Mix in 3 T. SZW, breadcrumbs, cheese and crab. Stuff caps.
  5. Bake at 350 for 20 min. & serve.

To Marinate:
  1. Cut racks to fit into 1 or 2 zip top bags. Put ribs in the bag(s) and distribute marinade.
  2. Let marinate in refrigerator for as long as you can (overnight or even better, 2 to 4 days). Turn when convenient.
To Bake:
  1. Preheat oven to 325 F for fast cook or 275 F for slow cook.
  2. Line a baking pan (a cookie sheet with sides) with aluminum foil.
  3. Remove ribs from the zip top bag and place on the lined baking pan, meaty side up. Pour chicken broth onto the baking pan and add enough water to just cover the bottom of the pan. Cover baking pan and ribs with foil, tightly.
  4. Place in oven. For ‘fast cook’ bake 1hr at 325F or for ‘slow cook’ 2hrs at 275F.
Grill or Broil to Glaze:
  1. Have BBQ grill already hot.
  2. Take the ribs out of the oven and remove foil from ribs. Spoon fresh marinade over the ribs.
  3. Place back under the broiler or on the grill, meaty side down, for 3-5 min., until glazed or grill marked.
To Serve:
  1. Serve right off the grill either as a slab or cut the ribs into single ribs and pile them on a platter for self serve.
  2. Serve with plenty of napkins and lots of room for compliments!
