Ewe Give Me Fever - Lamb Sirloin Steaks with Peppered Sioux Z Wow
Serves 2
2 Lamb sirloin steaks, 8 oz. Each
8 T. Sioux Z Wow Marinade
4 T. Brandy
½ t. Ground Black Pepper
¾ C. White wine
To Marinate: Place sirloins and all ingredients, except wine in a zip top bag. Marinate 2-4 days in fridge.
2. Spray a large frying pan with oil.
3. On med. to high heat, sear sirloins
3 min. per side.
4. Add, wine and remaining marinade in the bag, to the pan.
5. Cook over med. heat 6-7 min./ side.
6. Serve Steaks with reduced pan juices as a side dipping sauce.
