Haricot Verts Baby Green Beans with Red Peppers

Serves 8-10
1 lb. Green Beans, French cut
5 qts. Boiling Water
6 T. Sioux Z Wow Marinade
1 T. Butter
½ C. Red Peppers, diced
To Make: Blanch green beans in boiling water for 1 min. Drain and plunge into ice cold water to stop the cooking. Melt butter in a sauté pan. Add Sioux Z Wow and stir. Add peppers and green beans and stir gently, coating all sides. Cook for several min. until beans are glazed.
Serve immediately.
