Orange Ginger Sauce
1 C. Sioux Z Wow Marinade
1 C. Orange Juice
½ C. Honey
1 T. Fresh Ginger, minced
1 T. Orange Zest
1/4 C. Bourbon (optional)
To Make: Combine all ingredients in a sauce pan. Bring to a boil, stirring. Reduce heat and simmer uncovered approximately 40 min. If using, now add the bourbon. Serving Suggestions: An excellent glaze for a baked ham, or for a roasted duck or game hens. Whip into mashed yams. Orange Ginger Sauce is delightful as a dipping sauce for wontons. Toss with steamed carrots or serve as a side sauce with green beans. Brush lightly on asparagus or summer squash.
