Vinaigrette made with Italian Parsley & Kaffir Lime Leaves
Sioux-Z-Wow's Saucy Nickname is
Mediterr-Asian Dressing
1/2 cup
½ C. Sioux Z Wow Marinade
1.4 C. Rice Wine Vinegar
¼ C. Olive Oil
8 sprigs Italian Parsley, cleaned, stemmed and chopped
4 Kaffir Lime Leaves, washed and chiffonade
(Try substituting Kaffir Lime Leaves with the zest of a Lime).
To Make: Mix all ingredients well.
Serving Suggestions: A bold yet well balanced dressing that complements the Confetti Peppers and Tuscan Bean Salad. Also an excellent dressing sprinkled lightly over European Greens or more generously over shredded cabbage for an exciting cold slaw. Drizzle over a wedge of steamed cabbage garnished with chopped green onion for a hot salad.
