Turkey, Lamb or Beef Meat Balls in a Spicy Sauce
Sioux-Z-Wow's Saucy Nickname is
Sweet Balls O' Fire
Serves 15-20
3 lbs. Ground (turkey, lamb or beef)
2 C. Sioux Z Wow Marinade
1 C. Seasoned bread crumbs
1 C. Parmesan cheese, grated
1 C. White wine or chicken broth
To Make Meatballs: Mix ground meat with 1 C. Sioux Z Wow. Add breadcrumbs and blend. Add Parmesan and blend. Form 1" balls with melon baller or spoon. Bake on a cookie sheet at 350F for 30 min.
To Serve: In a saucepan or chafing dish, stir together 1 C. Sioux Z Wow and wine or broth. Add meatballs. Heat thoroughly. Garnish (chopped fresh parsley, mint or oregano) and serve with toothpicks. (Even easier use frozen meatballs).
