Beef Roast Made Easy or Pork Roast Made Easy Sioux-Z-Wow's Saucy Nickname is Sioux Z' EZ Roast

1 3lb. Roast, pork or beef, frozen
1 Btl Sioux Z Wow Marinade
2/3 C Beef Broth
To Cook: Preheat oven to 250F. Line a small roasting pan with foil. Place frozen roast in pan. Pour Sioux Z Wow over roast. Add broth and cover with foil. Place in oven and cook all day (8+ hrs). (Note: This is even easier cooked in a crock-pot.) When you get home, dinner's ready and the house smells great! To Serve: Remove from pan or pot and let stand a few min. Carve slices about ½" thick. Spoon extra sauce over slices and moan with pleasure.
