Chicken Salad with Balsamic Vinegar Sioux-Z-Wow's Saucy Nickname is Sioux Z's Hot Chicken Salad
Serves 4
2 lbs. Chicken thighs, boneless/skinless
12 T. Sioux Z Wow Marinade
1 T. Olive oil
1 bag Salad Greens
8 Cherry Tomatoes
1 T. Balsamic Vinegar
To Marinate:Place thighs in Sioux Z Wow and olive oil for several hours. Grill, bake or broil until just done. Chop into bite size pieces. (Even easier, use rotisserie chicken tossed in SZW). To Assemble: Place greens in large salad bowl. Scatter chicken on top & add tomatoes. Sprinkle balsamic over your salad and salt and pepper to taste. Toss gently and serve immediately.
